There are two sides of silver aluminium foils, one side matte, one side bright. People usually use the matte to wrap food, and the bright side can obserb heat evenly.

how to produce aluminium foils jumbo roll?
The production process of aluminum household foils jumbo roll involves several steps, including:
1. Melting: The first step in the production process is melting the aluminum ingots. The ingots are heated in a furnace until they reach their melting point.
2. Casting: Once the aluminum is molten, it is poured into a casting machine which forms it into a large slab or billet.
3. Rolling: The slab is then passed through several rolling mills to reduce the thickness of the aluminum. The aluminum is rolled multiple times until it reaches the desired thickness. For household foils, final thickness is usually from 8 micron to 40 micron.
4. Annealing: After rolling, the aluminum is annealed to relieve internal stresses and improve its ductility.
5. Slitting: Once the aluminum is annealed, it is passed through a slitting machine which cuts it into narrower strips.
6. Rewinding: The treated aluminum strips are then wound onto jumbo reels which are several meters wide.
7. Cutting and Packing: Finally, the jumbo reels are cut down to smaller sizes and packed into wooden boxes ready for shipping. Usually the weight of one roll is 100-200 kg.
